Messages are usually answered within a few working days. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot — replies come from the person who maintains the site.

Reporting a problem

If a file will not convert, the details below make a fix much faster. Please include:

• Which tool you were using, and the address of the page.
• Your browser and operating system — for example "Safari on iPhone" or "Chrome on Windows 11".
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Any message shown on the file row, such as "Couldn't convert".

Please do not email us the file itself. The whole point of this site is that your files stay on your device, and that principle applies to support requests too. A description of the file — where it came from, roughly how large it is, how many pages or what the camera was — is more than enough to reproduce most problems.

Requesting a tool

Suggestions for new converters and utilities are genuinely useful, and requests from people doing real work carry the most weight. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish rather than just the file formats, since the underlying task often suggests a better tool than the one originally imagined.

One constraint worth knowing: anything that cannot run inside the browser will not be built here. If a task fundamentally requires a server, adding it would break the promise the rest of the site is built on.
